FAQ

· Why are no highlights found?

Please make sure you have allowed the App to access Photos in system settings, and that this week's library has photos or videos of your baby. Highlight analysis runs on-device; the more material, the more accurate.

· How do I tell babies apart / avoid filming other people's children?

In "Mine → Multi-baby settings", set an avatar for each baby (auto-matched to faces). When generating a film you can then "show only one baby", and shots that look like someone else's child are flagged. Recognition happens entirely on-device.

· Can I save / share films?

Yes. Films are real MP4 files; you can save them to your photo library or create a share link for family. Share links are valid for 90 days by default and can be revoked anytime.

· Will my photos be uploaded?

Not by default. Only when you actively share a film, or order a physical photo book, do we upload the part you selected. See the Privacy Policy.

· Membership and cancellation

Growth Membership is an auto-renewable subscription; you can manage or cancel anytime in iPhone Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions. See the Terms of Service.
